SAFETY REQUIREMENTS


Our Safety Promise:

Jack’s Urban Jungle meets all the OPHEA guidelines and TSSA regulations. Safety equipment is inspected daily by our industry trained staff to ensure it is in safe working condition. Helmets are disinfected and inspected between each use. Staff members have Standard First Aid and CPR certification and have passed Vulnerable Sector Screening.


Guest Requirements:

  • Guests must be 8 years of age or older to access activities
  • Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ at all times
  • Guests must be able to physically, emotionally and mentally participate without assistance
  • All guests must sign our waiver before entry to the park
  • Guests must complete a mandatory safety orientation and pass an evaluation assessment
  • Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign our waiver prior to or upon arrival
  • Pregnant women are not permitted to participate for safety reasons
  • Clean, closed toed running required


Park Rules:

  • No outside food
  • No loose clothing
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Height and weight restrictions vary by activity. Please see individual activities for details.
  • We will refuse entry, if you are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • We do not guarantee that all activities will be open every day or that you will have time to complete all activities during your visit
  • This is a positive, supportive environment where we encourage motivation and work together to succeed. There is a no bullying behaviour, inappropriate language or aggression allowed at any time.
  • Guests must respect and follow direction from staff members at all times


RIGHT TO REVOKE ACCESS:

Activities at Jack’s Urban Jungle require a high-level of physical, emotional and mental fitness. We reserve the right to revoke or restrict access to the park or individual activities at any time, if we determine a guest is not physically or mentally capable of participating for their own safety or the safety of our staff.
